Seeing it from the front, I think the diagonal struts connecting the floats to the wing should be moved to the other side, so they don't get in the way when the floats are retracted, and the pylons can lay flush against the wing. See the photos at commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fil… and

This is a very dramatic view, though. Not bad.
