I did, this image to show the evolution of how i think the Constitution came to being. It sticks with the classic theme and avoids all "Star Trek Enterprise" mess. It's a simply format and sticks close to the original series.
I won't go into great detail here but you get the idea, how the elements come to play. I hope this helps and shows a better view.
